The fruits and vegetables are washed and flash frozen; however, the key to your fresh produce items is that you can put them through the touch, smell test to ensure they are ripe.
When the item is ripe, the nutrient value is at its highest. If your favorite fruit is not in season and becomes cost prohibitive, then the frozen items are the best alternative for sure.

With more races (of all types) picking up this time of the year, be careful not to neglect your hydration. Though I mention this frequently, the reason for my post today is to remind you that your body sweats in the cold just like it does in the heat & humidity (obviously not as much).
Training & racing in the cold requires you to track your fluid loss as it relates to the intensity and duration of your workout or race - just like you do in the warmer months. Sweat rate calculations are imperative throughout the year – if you need a copy of my Sweat Rate Calculator, please email me directly (robb3@earthlink.net) and I will be happy to forward it to you. less

Research indicates that massage spiked the production of infection fighting white blood cells by 18%.
Massage moves white blood cells from the lymph nodes and into the bloodstream, providing the body with an enhanced immune system.

1. Feel free to add whole milk into your diet (just avoid skim or 2%-there isn’t any fat!)
2. Snacks-anything you would like to eat that doesn’t come out of a bag or box – this is where fresh fruit is ideal as a snack.
3. Drinks – stick to water. I personally like to cut a fresh lemo n and squeeze it into my water for flavor. You don’t realize how much sugar is in commercial drinks until you start paying attention.
4. Adding new items – literally add any item you feel you have been “missing” on the 14 day challenge. For example, if you add flour tortillas to make soft tacos and your energy levels are low and you feel mentally sleepy, take the tortillas back out and then add another item. The key here is that if you add too many items at one time, you won’t know what you are sensitive to. Continue this process until you have a list of items you are content with. Let your energy levels and performance dictate what you eat – you are eating for a functional purpose – to get lean anD Go fast!
5. Food log-I think that this is imperative: it provides you a snapshot of what you are eating that is providing positive performance results. After you narrow down your food list, then you don’t have to keep a food log, just consume what you have been writing down. less

The MotoE On-site Training Program is designed to teach riders how to be prepared for the race season - the same way pros prepare. Coach Robb has taken a unique approach to getting his riders moto fit that is much more similar to the top trainers the Pro's use than to people that Amateur Racers normally can get access to. With the MotoE platform riders learn how their body works or doesn't work when it is on the bike and learn exercises to help them succeed when they get on the track.
Robb's training format prepares riders for 20+ motos and the track in Haines City prepares riders for rough conditions which will give you an edge when you get on a local or national track.
The price of the school is on par with other programs that are similar - the main difference is that classes are smaller so you will get more attention. Tyler the on track trainer knows his stuff and can communicate it to riders flawlessly. Novices will have a difficult time at first because the track is not easy and motos are much longer than a typical race at that level. The track gets rough, the motos are long, the florida sun is hot, sometimes the winds are high - so if you are looking for a day camp or to play ride you probably want to go somewhere else. If you want to get faster quickly and still be charging at the end of your motos than you should consider MotoE.
